Make your own bath salts & milk bath at home!

Milk Bath

Ingredients: 1 cup powdered milk ½ cup Epsom salt 1 tbsp baking soda 1tsp cornstarch A few drops of essential oil

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl then add to bath water. (Makes great gifts if placed in a cute container. I usually look for old glass milk containers at flea markets)

Bath Salts

Ingredients:
Borax mild detergent
Epsom salt
Rock or sea salt
Food coloring or food paste especially for peach or lavender
Essential oils

Mix together equal portions of borax, Epsom salt and sea or rock salt. Then add food coloring and essential oils.
